All too often, staff are given a job but because of time pressures or lack of knowledge, they are not always given the training they need to do an excellent job. This means that they do their best and usually get by. Staff who are trained to do an excellent job work better as a team, are more efficient, make less mistakes, stay with an organisation for longer and contribute far more to the profitability of that business.
